I started my career in design and mobile products. I worked on Mail.ru Mobile Mail and gradually moved from development to product management.
Product leader at T-Bank
I build digital products for a broad audience. Over 15 years, I have moved from design and mobile development to leading product teams and shaping product strategy.
I lead Non-financial Engagement at T-Bank.
We create new non-financial products at T-Bank — products that bring people back to the app for more than banking.
Before that, I worked on consumer AI products and product strategy at T-Bank.
Alongside my main role, I reflect on my experience and share what I learn.
I currently teach Product Studio seminars at Central University, covering market and competitor analysis, research, and product decisions.
I previously supervised a student project at the British Higher School of Art and Design and spoke at Podlodka Product Crew about launching AI products.
I write about products, management, and the work of a product manager on Telegram.

I developed mobile ICQ, including video calling. I worked on the product and led mobile development.
I launched my own startup — a directory of chatbots for Telegram and Facebook Messenger. I was responsible for product and design, assembled the team, and built the service from scratch. BotoStore grew to hundreds of thousands of monthly active users.
At Tinkoff, I worked on consumer AI products for a broad audience.
I worked on Oleg Assistant and launched the Telephone Secretary. I later led the Oleg Assistant product.
After working on individual products, I moved into product strategy. As part of the CPO Team, I worked on how the company chooses product priorities, formulates strategies, and evaluates the quality of product decisions.
I am interested in building both individual products and an environment where strong products emerge consistently.
At T-Bank, I led the development of SCALE — a framework for assessing product managers’ professional level.
The framework helps define expectations at different professional levels, assess the scale of results, task complexity, autonomy, and leadership, and provide specific feedback and plan professional development.
I also worked on hiring processes, helped create a product strategy course, and mentored colleagues.
